Unholy DK's have no real stun (Ghoul is unreliable, and most people will have Sludge Belcher Talent) available, so it's best to just run away. According to the information provided by Icy Veins "he's not fast" but Blizzard may have changed this since that was written.

Before using his insta-kill ability - he will teleport towards you (or the centre of the ring, if you are too close) and running out of range is nigh impossible. However, if you pop your ghoul, and AoD when he starts casting, they can slow him down enough for you to get away.
