stayfrosty 0 Report post Posted July 30, 2013 just wanting to ask a question with the bombs does the sheer damage done by the living bomb out do the damage done by the frost bomb with the guaranteed brain freeze proc whereas the living bomb im lucky to get a proc every 2 bombs is it a gear thing or a rng? any info would be good thanks :) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Vladamyr 169 Report post Posted July 30, 2013 LB has a 25% chance per tick (NT 9%) to proc Brain Freeze and all scale linearly with haste. Brain Freeze procs are normalized across all the bombs to be very close to the exact same proc rate.
