Pot+Chaos Blades on pull

Fel Rush (basically on cooldown to maintain momentum buff)

Fury of the illidari

Glaive Toss -> Chaos Strike (Or annihilation based on if/when lust is used with Meta)

Fel Rush -> Glaive Toss -> Chaos Strike spam

Keep Bloodlet with glaive toss up constantly (if possible).
