Not sure what DK you are, with that said 7.1.5 just hit and many rotation changes are happening so any information I can give you is probably not going to be relevant.

You let several Rime procs expire, probably lost 30-40k dps right there. Only 86% uptime on Icy Talons could be improved to 96-99 very easily. You were over 2 runes quite a lot this fight, meaning frozen pulse wasn't active. You also let a lot of Killing machines expire, and I don't believe you are using Obliteration correctly, you should be casting FS>Ob>FS>OB>FS>OB until obliterations duration has ended.
