Question about T5 talent synergy w/ Sephuz Secret

It seems the website recommends anything but Tremble Before Me (which does not appeal to me on its own merits) and I realize a lot of raid mobs probably do not get feared, but would you recommend Tremble Before Me if I have Sephuz Secret which gets activated from the fear that Tremble Before me very often activates on some 5 man content etc. (Speed + Haste)?  Thank you

Just use your built in stun, tremble really isn't that great unless it's necrotic, even then not amazing.

I believe it also works from interrupts as well. Keep your stun on CD, its awesome in mythic plus or on adds in raids.
