Sindra Horn Rotation

Curious to hear people's opener with the new Breath of Sindy build and how to maintain it for longest. Using horn early in the rotation? or later to keep it rolling?

i do 80 RP, have 3 runes, then breathe oblit then when i need horn use it, then when i need to empower use that, then that will prolong you to another horn, delay horn until u need again, assuming you have ring use empower when you need it again then horn again etc.
