So if you didn't have the legendary ring, you would sometimes just sit and wait for demon blades to honor you with its proc. In 7.1.5 it's not that bad since we have some more skills to use and we can fill the gaps with them until demon blades start f***ing working. The question is simple. Since it's only 2% dmg of skills and 50% of chaos mastery, how big of an influence might this have on our gameplay? Will fel mastery+momentum be back? Demonic build better maybe?
