Bloodthirsty gives me haste which is useless. Haste isn't useless, it's just not as valuable as other stats. Arcano might have a very low proc chance, or BTI is registering as a high one. I would say to change them up on a fight to fight basis. Def, since it has higher agility it wins mostly there, but in addition to that the procs will give you a lot of energy and that will only get better when the mob/boss is in execute mode.
