We actively help those who aren't geared enough for the current raid by still doing older content such as EN and H-EN. We are currently 3/10 in NH and are looking for anyone who would like to raid. Raids are on a sign-up, show-up basis. So, if like other normal people, you have plans on Friday or Saturday, just don't sign up to raid! We are willing to help and teach anyone who asks for it!
