Only 215k dps for 869 ilvl Fury Warrior

I just can't seem to get decent dps on my 869 Fury Warrior: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/misha/Ogheria/advanced   Combatlog at: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/4gtZybcNqCzAHYR1/#type=damage-done&source=31&fight=5  Using Frothing Berserker & Reckless Abandon build. I can get 270k dps on a target raid dummy, but can't even match that in raids on single target. My goal is to get 300k or better on single target. Using TellMeWhen & SimpleUI. Trying to follow recommended rotation but timing must be off. Very much appreciate any suggestions.

There may be various other things. I only had a brief look and would suggest: go for haste (rage generation, ...)

Looks like single target talent tree.

If you want to skill for Mythic+ (AoE for Trash), I would recommend War machine instead of Endless Rage  and Wrecking Ball instead of Avatar.

So I did look at your logs and I see a few things wrong. 

First of all, you didn't engage the fight with your opening rotation (BC>Rampage>RB>OF>BT>RB>Rampage) which means a lot of burst damage is lost.

Second, you have an extremely low enrage uptime at namely 29%, even with Frothing it shouldn't be that low.

Third, it doesn't seem like you're using BC on CD, which leads to even lower enrage uptimes and FB uptimes. We're lucky enough to have OF and BC sync up almost perfectly so it should be used almost always on CD expect when you're waiting for Avatar to be off CD.

Fourth, you didn't even Execute a single time, which is a huge part of our damage, even more so with Frothing.

As Chriss said, your haste is a bit low, which means less rage generation.

It also seems like you used OF without BC, which again means a lot less DPS.

So overall, I think the big issue is how you sync your CDs and how you use the rotation. Your trinkets seem fine to me with your progression.

Your advice seems very sound. Thank you very much for taking the time to study this and respond. True, I do often wait for BC and Avatar to both be off CD before using. Will try your advice to save OF for when BC is up; I've been using it on CD, and will adjust opening rotation and focus more on use of Execute. I keep forgetting to NOT use Rampage when I can Execute. : ( I do use haste gems and chants but still very low due to gear drops. TY again.

I know you'll get there. 

For execute phase, since you're running FB and RA, it's important to use BC on CD to get the FR bonus plus the 100 crit chance to up your juggernaut damage. You basically don't want to Rampage at all when it happens, even though it might seem like you deal less damage on the short term, it will add up on the long term.
