Luthixx 138 Report post Posted January 31, 2017 It would also rely on having 4pc to ensure maximum uptime on BW. But it is listed as one of the top trinkets. With the nerf to the bracers and the 4pc I'm sure the uptime would be very nice. You'd have to test it yourself with the trinket, but Bloodthirsty Instinct is still #1 trinket so it would definitely be worth having that as your other trinket.
