Talent choice question with gear

Hi guys here is my armory first off http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/earthen-ring/Rapdaz/simple.

Here's my question. Is it still better to take Stellar Flare over Incarnation: CoE If I have both Oneth's Intuition and Impeccable Fel Essence? My gear is not massively optimal i need more haste, but i can reach around 450k single target / 500k is pushing it but feel I can be do more. I've been using CoE over Stellar as it makes more sense imo, but I am just wondering if I am wrong or not. Any help / pointers would be appreciated!

I'd be interested in the answer as well.

All I can say is that CoE give you a nice boot and is probably a better choice when you need to blast a pack of adds in  some fight, or if you need to end a phase quickly. What I mean is that the final DPS may not be the ultimate criteria, performing correctly during critical phases should be considered.

I would like to know the answer for this as well. I Just got Oneth's Intuition and have had the Impeccable Fel Essence for quite a while (It was my first legendary). I have enough mastery from gear (not trying to stack it btw, trying for more haste overall), that my Stellar Empowerment boosts the damage of Sunfire, Moonfire and Stellar Flare by 112%.. So I'm tempted to use Stellar Flare as my talent for a bit and see how my Single target damage fares with those free Starfall procs. Would still like to figure out if Stellar Flare or Incarnation:CoE is the better choice though.
