But I really am not to sure how great or bad it is, I would suggest playing with it. If you ave the ring i woulds uggest using it assumign it's a good ilvl. Scyn 1 Report post Posted February 3, 2017 (edited) CoF can line up (or nearly) BoS and Hrw. While, i find it really powerfull, it's also situationnel. Sometime, you will be able to BoS 2 time, not more. With a 3Min cd on HrW or 2:15 (average) Also, combo CoF + Horn (from HoV) is really strong i think (can tell from myself, i droop literrally NOTHING for trhinkets slots) The Horn is one of the better trinket out there, but if we delayed his use every 3 min for HrW, it dosen't sound good.
