Frost DK tier 19 talents

I was wondering if there if I should change my talents in a specific way, when i get my 2-set bonus and additionally when i get the 4-set.

I've been thinking about taking freezing fog instead of frozen pulse, but that kind of defeats the purpose of taking icy talons. I don't know i'd like some insight.

I can't really speak for the OBRA playstyle, but should you play BoS you should most definitely take Freezing Fog. In general, FF is very strong in conjunction with our T19.

Both tier 19 bonuses benefit BoS builds more than they benefit Frozen Pulse/Obliteration. You should definitely switch to BoS build if you seek to utilize the most out of the bonuses.

Is it best to go Freezing Fog with the 2pc or wait until 4pc for the added Rime RP?

If you have the legendary helmet, this build here that I've been using is TONS of fun IMO: 

It's definitely viable, I've had some high parses using it. You absolutely have to have the helmet though, that is mandatory, and you really need the belt too IMO, I've gotten the best results using that and it makes sense as it manufactures more obliterates for more rimes.

if running bos it comes down to how comfy are you with the rotation. the lack of HoW can hurts some peoples uptime. So if you feel your BOS is fine as is then switch now with the 2pc. Also if you have helm I'd say freezing fog is mandatory period. Otherwise if you are newer to BOS or just really rely on HoW, wait until the 4set.
