<Invictum> is a newly formed guild that was born in September 2016 when Legion was launched. The guild was created by former hardcore-raiders and the idea is to build a strong and solid raidteam that will focus on fast pace mythic progression with a 3 days/week schedule.
Semi-Hardcore - We think like hardcore-players but we'll only raid 3 days each week.

Fast Pace Progression - The leadership got experience from a high level and knows what it takes to progress fast at the highest level of PvE Content.

Goals - This guild is aiming high and we're building to become a Top-Guild on Tarren Mill + Top 300 World (Top 500 in Nighthold) while keeping our 3 days/week raiding-schedule.

Raid Days:
Wednesday 19:00-23:00 Server Time.
Sunday 19:00-23:00 Server Time.
Monday 19:00-23:00 Server Time.

Recruiting:
We're always looking to improve our raidteam, meaning that the recruitment for exceptional and dedicated players are always open and we will always consider a good application no matter what class/spec it is!
We are now looking to improve our DPS and will consider all good applications for ALL DPS-classes!
What we prefer the most right now:
Elemental Shaman
Warlock
Rogue
Demon Hunter
Balance Druid

What we expect from you:
Class Knowledge - That you can play your class/roles at an extremely high level and always pushing yourself to improve and become even better all the time.

Preparation - We expect you to come prepared to new encounters! This includes watching videos of the encounters if possible, otherwise read about them or being able to participate at PTR Raid Testing with the guild. This also includes bringing potions, flasks, food and runes to the raids.

Communication - We're using Discord for voice communication during raids and we expect all raiders to be present with a microphone and headphones during raids.

Attendance - We expect our raiders to have high attendance since we only raid 3 days/week. We understand that sometimes real life stuff shows up that you haven't planned for but if you miss to many raids or show up late for to many raids, it will most likely result in a guildkick. This also includes being able to stay for an extra 30-60 minutes if the Raid Leaders decide to extend the raid.

Maturity - We expect all of our raiders to be mature during raid times. Swap-outs will happen and we expect you to be mature enough to handle being benched on certain bosses. This also includes not crying about loot-distribution! The age-requirement is therefore set at 20 but if you seem like a very good and mature player even though you're younger, exceptions can be made, but we'll never accept someone under the age of 18.

Commitment - Commitment to the guild and the raidteam and it's goals is a must! If you don't wanna spend the time that is needed to reach our goals, you shouldn't even bother applying. This means that you should always prioritate the guild above yourself!

Experience - We expect you to have experience from the highest level of raiding (Heroic back in the days or Mythic) and that you know what progression is like and what is expected from everyone in the raidteam.

What you can expect from us:
Good Leadership - A committed and experienced leadership with a harsh but fair attitude, who quickly address and resolve any issues in the guild.

Raids - A raid environment where everyone pulls their weight, a team that has the same focus and goals and where underperfoming players will get replaced as fast as possible.

Activity - A small but active community with people awake all the time. People from every corner of Europe and even outside of Europe. Stuff going on all the time, Mythic+, ALT-Raids, Transmog runs and much more.

Loot Council - A fair loot council, where loot is seen as a tool for progression and will be given to the class/role which most benefits the guild’s progression.

Fast Pace Progression - Since we only raid 3 days/week we're focused and prepared on what's ahead of us all the time to make sure we can progress in a fast pace to reach our goals and end up with respectable ranks.
