First of all i just got mantle of command and it is my first BM legendary, I got feet and belt as well but they are MM legenedaries so I use belt cos of stats. I don't have 2 set on tier so what i want to ask is, how does this affect my rotation? Are there any soft caps on Mastery or haste? Luthixx 138 Report post Posted February 4, 2017 And with that you've just well and truly made every BM hunter mad ;) There are no caps in regards to stats for BM hunters and the only thing it changes in your rotation is your opener, which you can just dire beast back to back, or add a second dire beast in after your first kill command.
