Demo T19 2p question

I play mostly Demo and got my second piece of T19 last night and it's left me with 2 questions.

1. Is it worth  equipping these pieces at this point? I'm not so sure if it is, as it will take me form 34% Haste down to 31% 

2. If equipped would it be worth taking Impending Doom even though I don't yet have Kazzak's Final Curse?

2. No, other than on Bot. It is worth on Bot.
