Razorclaw 0 Report post Posted February 7, 2017 There are no BiS stats, caps or whatsoever, Feral needs a good balance of all stats. You'll have to use SimCraft (or https://www.raidbots.com/simbot) to get your own stat weights for your current gear and you should redo it after every few new items (if not after every new item).
