Antris 0 Report post Posted February 7, 2017 I was wondering if the garrote bonus damage only applied to being in stealth or if it is also buffed by this talent outside of stealth. The tooltip seems to suggest it is only from stealth. If it was buffed all the time I think you would be getting more uptime than by using Nightstalker? You're able to always get good uptime on Garrote, since it doesn't have a cooldown (that matters) and can be used outside of stealth at all times.
