Surge of Toxins clipping

I was just wondering your thoughts on trying to clip the SoT buffs using 3CP Envenoms for more uptime or 4/5 CP Envenoms for a bigger buff?

I find using 4/5 CP doesn't allow enough time and the buff usually always falls off.

Once you get enough gear, you'll be using 4-5 by default. The only time I'd worry about keeping more uptime is while Kingsbane is running
