Drtain 74 Report post Posted February 16, 2017 Soul reaper's haste is just way too good, it lines up with your other cps cooldowns, plus during lust it's even better. It speeds up your GCD, rune regeneration, makes you and all of your pets hit faster including gargoyle, increases dot ticking rate.
