Trouble with Thalyssra's Drawers Quest

I was referred here for an issue with the quest "Thalyssra's Drawers"...the problem is I can't turn in the quest as Thalyssra is in a different location than the "?" on the mini map and when I try to turn it in to here she doesn't show any quests at all.......I have posted in the wow forums and sumited a bug report as per guidelines for wow but to no avail. 

I was wondering if anyone else had this issue and if there was maybe a work around someone came up with. This issue goes all the way back to November of last year according to my research.....

Don't think i had this problem, so i'm asking a really dumb question now: have you tried to abort and redo the quest (yes, its really annoing but it could help).

Yes and it's bugged the same way....but thx for the reply
