Horizon 0 Report post Posted March 13, 2017 So I have a deaf guild member, who puts out solid dps and follows mechanics, but is deaf and occasionally fails at mechanics. He cant get in discord for obvious reasons. So I decided I wanted to create some weak auras for him to make it easier for me to raid lead. Any Mythic Nighthold WA suggestions? hDszzT 103 Report post Posted March 13, 2017 Which mechanics does he tend to fail? Is there some of them he fails, or does he fail every mechanic once every so often? This would help narrow things down so people know what to make auras for. I probably can't help with those since I wouldn't be able to go into Mythic to test them, but what I can suggest is, if there is something you need to call out over voice, you could make text macros that call it out in /y and assign them to a keybind, so when you need to call out something you also press that keybind and he can read it without you having to stop and type it out manually :p (If you're not already doing this, at least.) hDszzT 103 Report post Posted March 13, 2017 I have a deaf friend who does Mythic too, I may be able to ask him if he's ever had issues with those (if they've gotten to Botanist yet, at least), and see if they have anything special set up to make it work.
