Sajakain 104 Report post Posted April 3, 2017 The best way to find your answer is to equip the ring and run a simulation to see what gives a theoretical higher output between the two talents. My guess, based off what I've read from Archimtiros's Guide on MMO, I'd say no; stick with Frothing. Quote Massacre and Carnage are outperformed by Frothing Berserker.
