Sub: Problem with low dps

I follow the rotation from Icy Veins

In Boss Tel'arn Hc i had 400k; 
And with Gul dan Hc 382k. I really don't know why.
In these two fights i don't had food and potion; And others doing 550-700 dps like a Rogue  Outlaw doing 660 Dps (in Gul dan hc)

I have Artifact level 41. Using spec : 1,2,1,3,2,1,1 

I really want to know for sure what i should do for play at the top Sub rogue, wanting to know if it is a problem of stats  or of gear or isn't one of these a problem of rotation. Also i had to switched three gears  beacuse for get more mastery that i had 47% mastery, Versat 14% and Crit 35% and Ilv 898; And now 70% Mastery, Versat 10%, Crit 32%  and Ilv 895.

I want to know also why the most of the sub rogue have a min of 90% mastery than  versatility and haster are  only 8% and crict 23%?  simcraft say at me these value  Agility=15.18, Ap=14.34, CritRating=10.14, HasteRating=9.90, MasteryRating=11.73, Versatility=11.30, and i don't know who trust.

What those numbers tell you is that per point of mastery you gain 11.73 dps, for versatility you gain 11.30, haste gives 9,9 and crit gives 10.14 dps. That means if you have a choice between two pieces (same ilvl so I won't take into account agility), one which gives you 800 mastery and 400 versa, and a 800 haste 400 mastery, the first piece equals 13904 dps, and the second piece equals 12612 dps. The first piece of gear is a 1300 dps increase over the other piece, which isn't a significant upgrade, but an upgrade nontheless. So while each piece isn't a significant increase in dps, doing this over 12-14 slots will amount to a pretty big difference.  And this is why many sub rogues favor mastery and versatility, we want our abilities to hit harder.

This is my pawn string, as you can see our ratios are pretty even, but I will still gain the most out of mastery, even while sitting at 103% mastery.

You could probably convert half your haste and some of your crit into mastery, it'll make your finishers hit harder.

Also, it's easier to tell if you're doing something wrong if you have some logs you could post

Without actually having logs of your fight it's very difficult for me to offer pointers.  

Things you should look out for:

1. Nightblade uptime
2. Symbols of Death uptime
3. 4 casts of Shadowstrike in every Shadow Dance (usually always possible, especially taking advantage of the new traits)
4. Not letting charges of Shadow Dance cap
5. Not wasting too many CPs
6. Not letting energy cap

Soon i will put my log of  today of gul dan lfg.   440k .   Btw another thing i want to know: During of the combat,  in  any case when all my rotation of SD is off i should  wait for  get quite 3 SD charge (20 second before  third charge )right?

 Just don't let it cap. Don't need to use all 3 charges.

I'm really frustrated about this, and  i have also switched a relic yesterday , Catlike lv 900 and switched to  a Energetic Stabbing lv 880.

I'm not really happy to the dps i do.

You need to make sure you're always getting in 4 Shadowstrikes to every Shadow Dance. 

Try not to overwrite your Nightblade casts before the 30% Pandemic mark, since that wastes combo points

Also cast Backstab a lot less. You should save your Energy as much as possible, so you can use Shadow Dance at 75 Energy and be able to fit in the 4SS uses
