DeceptionRunetotem 0 Report post Posted April 14, 2017 (edited) Deception-Runetotem Raid times: Thursday & Friday 2000-2300 realm time. We are currently looking for new members to grow our heroic Nighthold raid team. Contact us at [email protected]https://discord.gg/hxkwDeH What you can expect from us Here at Deception we don't believe in elitism, judging people based on item level, achievements or curve. We will never exclude a person from a raid based on those conditions. As long as you meet Blizzard's recommended minimum item level and have a willingness to learn and improve, you're more than welcome here. A serious raiding guild that is aiming to complete all raids as current content, up to a minimum of full Heroic clears. We may eventually aim for those heady heights of Mythic, but to achieve that, we need *your* skills. We have a chilled atmosphere during raiding times. You will not get flamed to a crisp for genuine, honest errors. Instead we will offer guidance on how you can help correct these mistakes, whether this be publicly or privately. We have an active Discord server which has people on at most times of the day, not just during raid times. Our guild chat is always lively if you prefer not to speak on Discord. Development opportunities Interested in jumping into our raid team, but don't feel quite ready yet? We'll get you there. We regularly run Mythic and Mythic+ dungeons as guild runs to gear our players. We also have many guild members who are willing to make gear and other relative enchantments/gems etc for lower than Auction House prices. Sometimes even *free* so long as you can provide materials. ******************************************************************** What we expect from our members A can do attitude. We aren't interested in people that complain after one wipe and quit the raid on us. We're called a progress guild for good reason. Progress isn't made with quitters and guaranteed one shot attempts on every new boss. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Especially in raids. We would much rather know if you're struggling to understand a mechanic which is killing you, than not know and have the whole attempt fail, because we lost one dps/healer/tank too many. A willingness to learn, improve and challenge themselves. Whether this be by running harder content than before, reading up on tactics for dungeon/raid encounters your unfamiliar with, or simply learning best talents and stat weights for your class. There are many ways we can help you accomplish these goals. Be social, friendly and helpful. Edited April 14, 2017 by positiv2 Title
