Ehm, I would say, depends of what you're doing, for raid content would say Akainu + Uncertain reminder, and for mythic+/dungeon content Spiritual Journey + Akainu ? Not sure about Akainu in dungeons, but still a strong choice in 7.2, Sephuz is great if you do content when you can trigger it a lot, if not, it's bad. Uncertain Reminder don't think it's great in mythic +.... maybe for tyranical weeks.
