!!Good Suramaritan Need Help!!

hey guys its been a month since I have started playing Legion and I basically finished the requreiments for part II, but I am missing the one and only ''Good Suramaritan'' achievement to get the flying.

I am revered (2.9k in) with Suramar but I am really behind story-wise (only 1/11 chapters finished). 

My question is If I start doing the quests at Suramar now, given that I only did the first chapter, would completing these quests reward me enough reputation to reach 20k at revered so that I can unlock the final chapter and get the Good Suramaritan achievement. So should I start doing them chapters right now or just wait for the reputation to reach 20k revered, then finish all the chapters?

I would knock out what you can now. You are rewarded a good amount of rep, but not quite enough to get you to where you need... I think. I could be wrong and then, great! I would do what you can and then keep on getting commendations for the 750 rep from Kirin Tor emissaries. World quests and champion missions as well, as possible. Shouldn't be too long. I would be ready to check wowhead a few times. Some of those quests are very confusing, so comments on wowhead were a God send for me. Good luck!
