Low Parsing, Need Help Determining Why

Hi,

I am trying to figure out why I am parsing low, given I had over 99% uptime on Rupture and Garrote.   Here is a link to the logs:

Use Convergence of Fates if you can - between it, 3x Vendetta relics, and the Lego Boots you can hit 50% Vendetta uptime. If you didn't guess, that's OP af.  DoS isn't very good without the legendary shoulders - not sure what else you have for trinkets, but it isn't doing much for you.

To be frank, you got boned on your legendary drops so far, so while they aren't helping you can still iron out some kinks elsewhere.

You've got an absolute ton of excess Haste, which is basically a dead stat for Sin. You'll want to turn that into more Crit and Mastery, I recommend some M+ spam to pick up more targeted pieces.

Looks like you missed a Vanish on Starboy, even if you don't think it's going to be timed well at the end of a fight you can still buff an Envenom or something to push a little more damage.

Basically just remember that at 902 ilevel you're competing with people who have better optimized gear; more legendaries, more trinkets, etc. Seems like you have the basics down pretty well overall though

I truly appreciate the feedback and help :)

The only other trinket I have at the moment is an 860 EoC.  A CoF dropped in our heroic run Tuesday night but I got boned on the roll there too.  

You mentioned 3x Vendetta relics but the Artifact Talent/Relic page on IV says to go with 2 and a Toxic Blade one if you have T19 4 pc and the Lego boots and next in line would be 2x and Gushing Wounds.  Do you think 3x Vendetta is still better than that in general or just for my current situation?

I made some changes to gear from pieces that I do have - Crit went up from 28% to 30%, Haste dropped from 13% to 8%, Mastery remained the same, ilvl dropped to 899.  I'll see how that goes tonight.

3x Vendetta is better if you have CoF + boots, which is why I added it in with that section. The extra bit of damage from an Envenom / Rupture relic is less beneficial than chopping a few more seconds off the Vendetta cooldown, simply because your uptime on it skyrockets when you combine the trinket and boots.
