I must ask why are we using it so early in the rotation if it benefits from haste? It's stated that it will gain an extra tick at 25% haste. Tarazet 144 Report post Posted May 12, 2017 The reasoning is to get as many uses as possible during the counter. Especially with Lingering Insanity, you should have really good uptime on Voidform, so you should use it on cooldown whenever you can do it. It's certainly ideal if it comes off cooldown at a time when you have high stacks and the Twisted Fate buff, but overall it's better if you simply make sure you get the maximum uses.
