So I just got http://www.wowdb.com/items/132453?bonusIDs=3530 legs. Would I be better off taking AMS or Blood Tap in that situation? I have soooo much runic power with the legs.

If it was me, neither, keep ossuary, then spam the life out of DS when your full on RP and watch your self healing and DPS soar.

Ossuary builds on the strength of the legs, the others do different things.
