demonardvark 556 Report post Posted June 15, 2017 Filled out and submitted, one bit of feedback though, i don't know if its the limitations of the program you used to make it but for your likert scale the terminology doesn't always match the question. So one has how likely are you to and the options are strongly agree or disagree.
