Crazymage 0 Report post Posted May 31, 2017 Koralon's Burning Touch increases Scorch damage by 350% and is a guaranteed Critical Strike when the target is below 30% health. Second best legendary overall, and has exceptional utility value when you are playing with Frenetic Speed. If you get this legendary make sure you play with Cinderstorm as Scorch does not reduce the Combustion cooldown from Kindling. Why wouldn't I use Meteor instead of Cinderstorm? Alaw 0 Report post Posted June 2, 2017 That's a good question. I've used Meteor for a long time now as it is good for both ST and AOE fights. Maybe because meter can hang up on environment items (like doorways bridged etc?) Zadina 923 Report post Posted June 5, 2017 This bit of the guide seems slightly outdated, from when Kindling was the best level 100 talent and Meteor wasn't that good. Koralon's doesn't affect the usage of either Meteor or Cinderstorm. It's the type of fight (single target vs aoe) that affects which one you should pick.
