Concordance Delay

Finally unlocked Concordance last week and curious for your opinions - how long would you try to delay your big cd's to coincide with a concordance proc?  Seems like it has about a 20% uptime (not tested), so it... might be worth it?  Might not?  Thoughts?

Given CoF reducing the cd of anything you would hold for it, I would hazard a guess that you'd stand a decent chance at missing a use towards the end of the fight. A couple seconds at most, especially as Sin with a 50% uptime on Envenom anyways

Also with a 20-ish % uptime, it's up frequently enough that you probably shouldn't worry about it too much.
