New Ring -> Outlaw

Might... be pretty strong?  Would vigor give you enough of a regen buff to stack vers/crit instead of haste as a secondary stat?

I would say that it falls more under the not terrible side of things. 

The bracers are still really good, as is Mantle, and the new cloak is way up there too. Ravenholdt is also probably better than the Vigor ring, and for the life of me I can't remember the others because I never play Outlaw lol.

I'd say the new ring is probably top 5 or 6, but it's still a lackluster piece due to the lack of Agi

I'm curious about the new ring too, I have Mantle and Insignia but I got the new ring, I will upgrade it next to 970. Sims in AMR suggest single target I am better with SotS (by a long way, 3+% better) and Insignia for MT (slightly), but raidbots doesn't rate the SotS ring at all in its sims, given general feeling in guides its not worth it its a bit confusing, If I would trust the Sims, which one?

You  could always test it on dummies/raids. If it feels better/increases your dps you should use the one you like.

I wouldn't trust simcraft or raidbots at all. They've basically come out and said they aren't updating their strings until their server volume goes down (in other words when they start getting donations). I personally just use my own sheet to multiply target dummy output over 100,000 time periods.
