Tehril 12 Report post Posted June 18, 2017 Mastery is preferential to haste, but the amount of crit on those rings will be the real decider, your first goal as any sort of frost mage should be to hit shatter cap(33.33%), then start working on other stats. Need to sim yourself to actually get stat weights but just balance yourself around the crit cap, load up on vers, and get a haste level you're comfortable with.
