warcraft logs help

hello , i dont know if this is the right forum to put this on so sorry if it is , but i need a little help .

i do logs with my guild and i would say im competent at reading them ,( thanks to the good icyveins guide) but one thing i would like to know is , is there a way of showing is someone doesnt move on crashing comet on Goroth and inflicts everyone else with the 10 yeard splash damage?

You can check the cast sequence to see who had the debuff on them, then check to see if there was a spike in the damage taken graph at that time to see if that person dealt damage to others or not.
