Medicore Frost DK Legendary question

Hi all!

First, I thank you for this great page and guides for Frost DKs.

Second, sorry about my bad english. Its not my native language, and the weather is too hot to handle, and I'm lasy to fix my errors :) I promise, I'll make as few as I can...

And on topic:

Yesterday, I found my...7th legendary, the Seal of Necrofantasia (ignore the wowhead ilevel, it does not matter in my perspective). I used the good old Koltira's Newfound Will +Toravon's Whiteout Bindings combo to get things done. Also, I have a Consort's Cold Core as a dustcatcher in my bank. Also I have a necklance (the shield giving one) and a boot (that every melee can wear), I placed them in my bank, for memories, they are not as usefull. I do not have the new ring yet, nor the trinkets.

My question is, what legendary combination should I use? As a cookie-cutter, I dont realy feel fancy to swap items in that short time when I have time to play :)

I'm a medicore Frost DK player, not the best but not the worst... also, we are doing ToS normal, and next week, or in two weeks, we will start ToS HC. I wont play in every day in every raid, but still, I want to do more damage/fun :)

I use BoS build as written here on Icy-veins. Also I understand that the Seal will be the best legendary, but... what would be my second?

Your best combo should be Belt/SoNF. I think once you get T20 2 set, swap the belt for the bracers.

To hijack this thread, how is the new Cold Heart? Had a guildie tell me it was BiS for frost

Cold Heart is high on the list certainly, however due to lack of cross talent/ability synergies it is not top tier necessarily.

The bracers are still top and likely to remain there due to the strong synergy with T20 bonuses.

Ebon Martyr power has reduced significantly with the last set of nerfs. As you drop T19 x 2 while gearing in ToS and beyond, the gap will increase further between it and the top legendaries.

KBW is still really a stat stick... the effect is good for M+ and high burst AoE but that is not a raiding niche particularly.
