Vladamyr 169 Report post Posted September 18, 2013 Mastery. As Arcane, Mastery has a huge influence on the damage of all your spells. For an Arcane mage, Mastery is your highest secondary stat priority and it's the stat you stack. Frost mages stack Haste which is why even though Lüciana had 38 seconds less uptime on his Living Bomb he got 28 more ticks, however it hits for less damage.
