Energy.To spam or not to spam

Just a general questiom should I spam abilities like a combat rogue or should I be sitting on a pool of energy and time my rotation.

Feral doesn't really play similar to Combat; think of it as Sub with a Warrior's Colossus Smash. You never really get a chance to spam your buttons except during Berserk. The most important thing is managing your bleeds and applying them while you have damage boosts active.
