Subtlety Rogue 7.2.5 Stat Cap

I started to play in subtlety yesterday, and I want to ask you guys are there any stat cap? For example X% of mastery etc. If yes, then can you tell me how much of each stat should I have? Thanks a lot.

All stats will continue to benefit you, they don't stop being beneficial

Hard caps don't really exist or do exist but are not really feasible to get to with any gear setup.

Diminishing returns however, do exist. This is essentially what stat weights show you, and it is always good to return to Stat weighting when you're swapping in new gear pieces. The weights will shift.
