Shaman Tier 14 (T14) Set Bonuses

T14 Elemental 2P Bonus - Increases the damage done by your Lightning Bolt spell by 5%.

T14 Elemental 4P Bonus - Your Rolling Thunder ability now grants 2 Lightning Shield charges each time it triggers.

T14 Enhancement 2P Bonus - Increases the damage done by your Lava Lash ability by 15%.

T14 Enhancement 4P Bonus - Increases the critical strike chance bonus from your Stormstrike ability by an additional 15%.

T14 Restoration 2P Bonus - Reduces the mana cost of your Greater Healing Wave spell by 10%.

T14 Restoration 4P Bonus - Your Tidal Waves ability grants an additional 5% cast time reduction to Healing Wave and Greater Healing Wave, and an additional 5% critical chance to Healing Surge.

Not much to say, most of the bonuses are direct throughput increases. So I'll just make two comments.

Fulmination has not changed in MoP, so the T14 Elemental 4P Bonus is going to cause Elemental Shamans to use Earth Shock a lot more often. It is interesting to see how this will interfere with refreshing Flame Shock. Refreshing this DoT is still a crucial part of the rotation, seeing as Lava Surge did not disappear.

The T14 Restoration 4P Bonus is going to be really appreciated. It means you will be able to have a constant uptime on Tidal Waves.

The Restoration T14 4P bonus will be interesting as it will significantly affect how much we want Glyph of Riptide - Having 3 stacks of Tidal Waves will be extremely powerful, possibly enough to prevent us wanting to cast Riptide all the time instead!

Well about the two set from it. I don't know if it's worth.. Since If you look currently on beta. It's better to use: Riptide/Chain heal -> Tidal waves -> Use Healing Surge. Since it's crits will do more healing than the Greater healing wave itself.
