Dklegends 3 Report post Posted July 1, 2017 (edited) With blast radius nerfed should I be using horn over freezing fog? I simmed it and I did a lot more dps, but I"m asking hear to check with others just in case my sims were flukes. It was around a 30k dps increase. I'm wondering if anyone else will see the same thing? Edit: I forgot to mention I have the new 4 set and old 2 set equipped righ tnow. Lamuria 6 Report post Posted July 1, 2017 I'm going to assume you are running BoS spec and run off of that freezing fog is better for dps but it requires you to be familiar with how to keep breath up if you're newer to breath spec then horn of winter will keep you keep it up to get more out of it Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
