Bronad 3 Report post Posted July 2, 2017 So, given 7.2.5 changes, frost mage has changed a bit and there are a few comments and in the frost mage guide that doesn't seem to be very valid. First, please review talents of choice, as mirror images is almost never the best choice, easily being beaten for any fight with more than one target for even one cleave. Second, Lady Vash's gloves legendary becomes very lacklustre now that icy veins isn't expected to last 2-3 minutes. It probably doesn't deserve #2 spot as is expressed in the gearing and BiS breakdown. Lastly, Unstable Arcanocrystal is NOT by any stretch of the imagination a superior trinket. Vayra 12 Report post Posted July 5, 2017 Unstable Arcanocrystal can be found as a higher ilvl piece and when you get a 900+ / TF, the stats on it really do matter a lot. There are better trinkets, but again, ilvl matters. With T20 however the chance of getting a high enough Arcanocrystal are so slim, I also don't see why it still has to be in the BiS list.
