Musou 0 Report post Posted July 8, 2017 (edited) Around when should i use Whirlwind rage wise ? When im around 40 or 60? or higher ? Or only when the debuff isnt on the target . I was 880 then 895 or so for some of the attempts and now im 900 with Great storms eye ( what talent should i take with that anyway ?)
