DK T16 four piece really worth it?

Has anyone checked into how good it is who actually has the four piece?

 

I would really like more insight into this matter.

It is better for frost than for unholy. Mendenbarr simulated the sets for both speccs with different gear and came to following conclusion:

 

Spec, ilevel, 2-set, 4-set, Both

T16
DW, 580, 2.4%, 2.7%, 5.3%
UH, 580, 1.4%, 1.2%, 2.5%
2H, 580, 1.3%, 3.2%, 4.9%

DW, 553, 2.7%, 2.5%, 5.0%
UH, 553, 1.3%, 1.1%, 2.4%
2H, 553, 1.3%, 2.8%, 4.7%

So around 2.5% more damage for unholy and around 5% more damage for frost, if you have the 4p set.

 

But I have no idea how much more damage other classes/speccs get out of their bonuses. Some other context would be looking at the legendary meta gem and the legendary cloak each giving something around 3-5% more damage.
