Legendary cloak for protection paladin

What legendary cloak should i choose for my prot pala ?

 

Since the Strength/dps one have haste im considering that one..

 

I dont really see the proc from the tanking cloak being that good ,since the healers in my guild are always good at keeping me up..

 

What choice have you guys made ?

It's largely debated, but in general the tanking one may prove better.  If you die as a tank in most cases it's a wipe, so a life-saving proc averts a wipe.

I have both.  For progression and learning fights I use the tanking one.  For farm or if we are hitting enrage timers then I use the dps cloak.

To be honest it's not so much skill as it is a raid utility. If you aren't getting a cape proc at all with the tank cape, but your dps is lacking slightly, go for the Dps cape, if your struggling to stay alive or you're getting hit hard then use the tank cape. The simple answer is, get both, but the tank cape should be your first choice.
