Milka 18 Report post Posted August 16, 2017 Hi, Fresh Meat is outclassed by both of the other options, don't use it no matter what the sims say. Fresh Meat may provide a boost at the first 20% of the boss in Single Target Damage, but if you BL at pull you've got nearly no use of it. The other option when you have constantly adds which you can use, you better use Warmachine for a 30% haste buff which means an additional BL if you got 3 procs over the fight.
