Pull BC -> BT->EX->EX->EX->BT->EX->EX On the other hand if the boss is a Multi Target like Harjatan or Mistress I don't stack juggernaut - depending on the execution length and Raid difficulty. But if you stack juggernaut you shouldn't use Rampage as you will burn your rage which should be filled with executes - still valid with the breakers.
