Fury rotation and dps help

I seem to be struggling with my dps. my sims show i should be around 1.1 mil but in raid i see anywhere from 700 to 900 dps depending on the fight in ToS.

Unfortunately Kil Jaeden isn't a good boss to analyze.

Please use a goroth or Sister's fight.
